About me
Mag. Slaviša Žeželj LLM (London)
I grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina. When the war came, I was ten. My family fled to Austria – a country whose language I did not speak and whose rules I did not know.
That experience shaped me. It taught me what it means to navigate an unfamiliar legal system, to depend on support and, at the same time, to want to find your own way.
Today I practise law in Vienna, holding a law degree from the University of Vienna and a Master of Laws from the University of London, which I completed with distinction. I have lived and worked in the USA, the United Kingdom, Sweden, India and Greece. I speak five languages and advise clients in all of them.
At some of Austria’s most renowned law firms, I had the opportunity to learn the profession from the ground up and contribute to major proceedings in Austria. I bring that knowledge and experience to every matter I handle.
My clients value that I understand their situation on both a legal and a personal level – especially when different cultures, languages or legal systems meet.

My approach
Clear. Honest. On equal terms.
I believe in clarity – in language, strategy and costs. Before we begin, you receive my honest assessment: What are your prospects? What are the risks? What will it cost?
This transparency is not a marketing promise; it is how I work. I keep you informed, remain accessible and explain each step in language you can understand – in every sense.
My clients appreciate that I take time for an initial consultation to discuss their case together. No clock running. No obligation. Just an honest conversation about how I can help.
Fees
Transparent. From the start.
Nobody wants to engage a law firm without knowing what it will cost. That is why we discuss fees openly before we begin.
Fixed fee
A fixed price for the entire matter. You know what to expect from the outset.
Statutory tariff
Fees calculated under the Austrian Lawyers’ Tariff Act, particularly for court proceedings.
Hourly rate
Transparent time-based billing at an hourly rate agreed in advance.
The initial consultation is without obligation. Get in touch, and together we will find the right arrangement.
Get in touchContact
Whether you need an initial assessment or already know that you need legal assistance, the first step is a conversation. Call or email me. I will respond within 24 hours.
